Important Information about EFT services: I am a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Practitioner, not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional. EFT sessions are complementary wellness services focused on emotional wellbeing and performance enhancement. EFT is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma or psychological distress, please consult with a qualified mental health professional or your GP. I hold current Professional Indemnity Insurance and am trained and certified through Embrace Empowerment (endorsed by the Australian Counselling Association and Australian Community Workers Association).
